ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、石川県金沢市にあるホテルを取得する。 物件は、金沢城公園近くに位置する、2017年竣工、6階建の宿泊特化型ホテル。ホテルの運営会社であるソラーレホテルズアンドリゾーツと固定賃料+売上連動賃料の定期賃貸借契約を締結する。取得額は20.5億円。 併せて第23期（2022年12月期）業績予想を修正した。10月から始まった全国旅行支援制度による国内需要、入国制限緩和によるインバウンド需要の増加に伴り、変動賃料及び運営委託収入が増加した。8月に公表した業績予想に対し130％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より376百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は682円と104％増となる見通し。
