ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第22期（2021年12月期）業績予想を修正した。 第22期は、主要オペレーターであるHMJが運営するホテルは、固定賃料は発生せず、変動賃料のみとなる。HMJのホテルの売上げが想定を上回ったことにより、変動賃料が大幅増加。これにより9月に公表した業績予想に対し525％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より334百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は366円となる見通し。
