ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、スポンサーであるSCキャピタルパートナーズのグループ会社を割当先とする第三者割当増資を行うことを発表した。 スポンサーグループの資金活用により財務強化を図るとともに、スポンサーとの関係強化を目的とする。 発行口数は4,659口。1口当たり発行価額は3月3日終値である64,400円。発行後の投資口数は0.1％増の4,467,006口となる。 調達額3億円は、オペレーターの変更に伴うリブランドを予定するホテルアセント福岡、ホテル京阪ユニバーサル・シティの客室改装工事等の資本的支出に充当する。 これに伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
