ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第21期（2020年12月期）業績予想を修正した。 一部のビジネスホテルの固定賃料の賃料減免が発生するが、GoToトラベル等を背景に宿泊需要の回復による変動賃料の増加、営業費用及び財務費用の減少等により、昨年10月に公表した業績予想に対し151％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は390円となる見通し。
