ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、福岡・天神に保有する「ホテルアセント福岡」の敷地一部を隣接地一部と交換する。取得額は653百万円、売却額は523百万円。 これに伴い第21期（2020年12月期）業績予想を修正。本取引に伴う交換差益184百万円、借地契約の保証金返還130百万円計上により、8月に公表した業績予想に対し134％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は199円となる見通し。
