ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（JHR）が、港区に保有するホテルを売却する。 売却する物件は、JR山手線新橋駅より徒歩4分に位置する、2008年竣工、16階建のビジネスホテル。 JHRは、新型コロナウイルスの影響に伴い、収益見通しを算出することが困難なため、3月に第21期（2020年12月期）業績予想を未定に修正した。 このような環境下で、保有物件の含み益を確定させ売却益を計上すること、手元資金を厚くすることが適切と判断し、本物件の売却を決定した。売却額は80億円。売却先は非開示。本売却に伴う売却益は31.56億円を見込み、一部又は全額を分配する予定だが、業績予想は引き続き未定とする。
