ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第21期（2020年12月期）の業績予想を未定に修正した。 新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴う訪日外国人の大幅減少やイベント自粛によって、保有するホテルのうち変動賃料を導入する20物件における収益への影響を現時点で見積もることが難しい。 なお、2月における変動賃料導入の20物件の客室当たり収益（RevPER）は、前年同期比28.1％の減少となっている。
