ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第20期（2019年12月期）業績予想を修正した。 日韓情勢悪化に伴う訪日韓国人の減少、ホテルの新規供給増、自然災害の影響から、昨年8月に下方修正した営業収益を更に減額修正する一方、営業費用や金融コストの見直しによって、当期利益及び1口当たり予想分配金は変更なし。 併せて第21期（2020年12月期）業績予想を公表した。前期に取得したヒルトン東京お台場等の通期稼働、既存物件の変動賃料増加により、前期予想比6.3％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より496百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,750円と前期予想比1.7％増となる見通し。
