ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第19期（2018年12月期）中間決算（1月～6月）を発表した。上半期における物件取得はなし。ホテルの変動賃料の増加が寄与し、2月に公表した業績予想に対し2.3％増益となった。 中間期末におけるポートフォリオは44物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,194 億円、有利子負債比率は41.1％。 下半期は、「ザ・ビー赤坂見附」等ホテル3物件を売却し、売却益19.37億円を計上する。8月7日公表した業績予想に対し、変動賃料の増加や営業費用の減少により1.3％増益を見込む。物件売却益のうち12.35億円を内部留保する一方、一時差異等調整積立金より544百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,890円と1.2％上回る見通し。
