ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、都内に保有するホテル3物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、「R&Bホテル東日本橋」「ザ・ビー赤坂見附」「ザ・ビーお茶の水」の3物件。3物件の売却額は計121.5億円。売却益19.37億円が発生するが、R&Bホテル東日本橋の売却益15.43億円のうち12.35億円を圧縮記帳を用いて内部留保する。 これに伴い、第19期（2018年12月期）業績予想を修正。物件売却益が寄与し、2月に公表した業績予想に対し12.6％増益を見込む。物件売却益のうち1,235百万円を内部留保する一方、一時差異等調整積立金より565百万円を取崩し、分配金総額は15,417百万円、1口当たり分配金は3,844円と前回予想を3.8％上回る見通し
