ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶり。 発行口数は236,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は12,940口。これにより発行後の投資口数は6.6％増の4,010,847口となる予定。調達額は約190億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金の一部に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「ヒルトン成田」「インターナショナルガーデンホテル成田」「ホテル日航奈良」の3物件、取得額は計326億円。3物件いずれも固定賃料+GOP連動の変動賃料を採用する。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は11.4％増の3,194億円となる。 これらに伴い、第18期（平成29年12月期）業績予想を修正。3物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、2月に公表した業績予想に対し3.9％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金の取崩し額を増額し706百万円とし、1口当たり分配金は3,540円と変わらない見通し。期末の有利子負債比率は40.0％を想定。
