ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第17期（平成28年12月期）中間決算（1月～6月）を発表した。 上半期は、1月に公募増資を行い「カンデオホテルズ上野公園」「ホテルセントラーザ博多」を取得。変動賃料の増加等が寄与し、業績予想に対し6.7％増益となった。 中間期末のポートフォリオは38物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,396億円、有利子負債比率は43.2％。 下半期は、当期2回目となる投資口の追加発行を行い「ホテルビスタグランデ大阪」「ホテルアセント福岡」「ヒルトン名古屋」を取得。7月に修正した通期業績予想に対し、変動賃料の増加等を反映し1.2％増益を見込む。内部留保より736百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,356円となる見通し。
