ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（JHR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。JHRの公募増資は今期2回目となり、2014年9月以降約半年毎に行われている。発行口数は428,260口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し口数は11,740口。これにより発行後の投資口数は13.2％増の3,761,907口となる予定。調達額は355億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、「ホテルビスタグランデ大阪」「ヒルトン名古屋」「ホテルアセント福岡」の計3棟、取得額は計471.7億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は19.7％増の2,868億円となる。これらに伴い、第17期（平成28年12月期）業績予想を修正。熊本地震に伴う「ドーミーイン熊本」の修繕費用90百万円が発生する一方、上記3棟取得や既存物件の変動賃料の増加、営業費用及び金融コストの減少等により、2月に公表した業績予想に対し7.8％増益を見込む。内部留保より730百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は3,318円と変わらない見通し。
