ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第16期（平成27年12月期）決算を発表した。第16期は、投資口の追加発行を2回行い「アクティブインターシティ広島」等ホテル9棟を取得する一方、3棟を売却。9棟取得による賃貸収益に加え、売上げ増加に伴う変動賃料の増加、物件売却益305百万円計上により、前期比61％増益。内部留保より60百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が12.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,975円と前期を38.1％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは36棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,257億円、有利子負債比率は42.8％。賃貸収入全体に対する変動賃料割合は前期の28.9％から39.5％へ大幅上昇。第17期（平成28年12月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「カンデオホテルズ上野公園」と「ホテルセントラーザ博多」を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなるが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、変動賃料の増加等により、前期比17.3％増益を見込む。内部留保より119百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が5.7％増加するも1口当たり分配金は3,318円と前期を11.5％上回る見通し、なお、変動賃料割合は41.4％を見込む。
