ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（JHR）が、博多のホテルを取得する。物件はJR博多駅筑紫口ロータリーに位置する、昭和60年竣工のホテル。ホテル運営会社である株式会社ホテルセントラーザと固定賃料+GOP連動型変動賃料の賃貸借契約を締結する。併せてJHRのスポンサーグループが、ホテル運営会社の全株式を取得する。これに伴い、2月12日に公表した第17期（平成28年12月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件取得により前回予想比0.3％増益を見込む。上記物件の定期借地権及び資産除去債務の減価償却費分として内部留保の取崩し額106百万円を追加し、1口当たり分配金は3,318円と前回予想を1.3％上回る見通し。
