ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が、第16期（平成27年12月期）及び第17期（平成28年12月期）業績予想を修正した。第16期は、変動賃料の増加や営業費用の減少等により、12月15日に公表した業績予想に対し0.8％増益を見込む。また固定資産除却損及び期限前弁済による費用の見直しに伴い内部留保取崩額を増加し、1口当たり分配金は2,975円と前回予想を1.0％上回る見通し。第17期は、第三者割当増資による発行口数が当初想定を下回ったため、期末の発行済投資口数を3,322,727口から3,321,907口へ変更。これにより1口当たり分配金は3,276円となる見通し。
