ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は170,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し8,500口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.7％増の3,322,727口となる予定。調達額は約145億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金及び手元資金の積み増しに充当する。新たに取得する物件は、JR山手線鶯谷駅より徒歩3分に位置する、平成21年竣工、12階建のホテル。カンデオ・ホスピタリティ・マネジメントが運営するカンデオホテルズとして営業しており、同社と固定賃料の賃貸借契約を締結する。これらに伴い、第17期（平成28年12月期）業績予想を発表。前期の物件売却益がなくなるが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、変動賃料の増加等が寄与し、前期予想比17.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、内部留保より固定資産除却損相当額13百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,275円と前期予想を11.2％上回る見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は、第16期（平成27年12月）末想定43.0％から第17期末は40.9％へ低下する見通し。
