ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（JHR）が広島の複合施設を取得する。物件は、JR広島駅前に位置する、平成22年竣工、21階建の「シェラトンホテル広島」を中心としてオフィス及び店舗からなる複合施設。主要テナントとなるホテル運営会社と固定賃料＋GOP（ホテル営業利益）連動型変動賃料の賃貸借契約を締結。また JHRのスポンサーグループが、ホテル運営会社の全株式を取得する。これに併せて、第16期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を修正。既存のホテルの売上増加、営業費用の減少等により、10月に公表した業績予想に対し7.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金2,945円となる見通し。
