ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が保有物件を売却する。売却する物件は、山口市、秋田市、新潟市のホテル計3棟。地方都市にあり、ポートフォリオの中でも比較的小規模の物件。3棟の売却額は計48.9億円。これに伴い売却益305百万円が発生するため、第16期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を修正。8月20日に公表した業績予想に対し3.4％増益を見込む。なお、売却代金を借入金の期限前弁済に充当するため金融費用が増加。これに伴い内部留保より37百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,748円と前回予想を3.7％上回る見通し。
