ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が第16期（平成27年12月期）中間決算（1月～6月）を発表した。第16期上半期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、ホテル7棟を取得。変動賃料のホテルの収益増加が寄与し、予想に対し21.0％増益となった。中間期末のポートフォリオは37棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,982億円、有利子負債比率は41.1％。第16期下半期は、当期2回目となる投資口の追加発行を行い、オキナワマリオットリゾート＆スパを取得。6月4日に公表した業績予想に対し、変動賃料の増加を見込み、前回予想比10.3％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,650円となる見通し。
