ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（JHR）が投資口の追加発行及び売出しを行う。JHRの公募増資は今年1月以来、今期2回目となる。発行口数は140,000口、売出し口数は5,272口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し7,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.9％増の3,147,322口となる予定。調達額は119億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は沖縄県名護市にある「オキナワマリオット」、取得額149.5億円。ホテル運営会社である(株)ラグーンリゾート名護と固定賃料（一定の収益を超えた場合は収益に連動する変動賃料）の賃貸借契約を締結する。これに伴い第16期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を修正。4月に取得したメルキュールホテル横須賀及び今回の物件取得による収益が寄与し、前回予想比9.2％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,400円と前回予想を4.1％上回る見通し。
