ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が第17期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第17期はドーミーインなんばを売却する一方、9月に投資口の追加発行を行い、イビススタイルズ札幌等ホテル3棟、SPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得。これによる賃貸収益及び変動賃料の増加、前期の売却損がなくなったこと等により、前期比78.6％増益。内部留保より240百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が6.5%増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,155円と前期を11％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは30棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,734億円、有利子負債比率は43.1％。第18期（平成27年12月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、ホテル6棟を取得。これにより前期比19.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が7.5%増加するも、内部留保より13百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,306円と前期を7％上回る見通し。
