ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（JHR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は200，000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し10,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は7.5％増の3,001,281口となる予定。調達額は約159億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件はイシン・ホテルズ・グループが運営するホテル ザ・ビー5棟、JHRが匿名組合出資持分を保有しているSPCの対象資産であるホテルフランクス。6棟の取得額は計231億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は13％増の1,965億円となる。これらに伴い第15期（平成26年12月期）業績予想修正、第16期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を発表。第15期は、前回予想に対し2.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,102円となる見通し。上記の投資口追加発行、6棟取得が反映する第16期は、前期予想比23％増益を見込む。固定資産除却損相当額を内部留保より取り崩し、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,305円と前期予想を9.7％上回る見通し。
