ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの運用資産は、JR京葉線海浜幕張駅より徒歩3分にあるホテルフランクス。10月末時点の鑑定価格は34.6億円。ホテル運営会社である(株)リブラブラフがSPCへ売却後も運営を行う。JHRの匿名組合出資割合は49.8％。これに伴い平成27年10月を行使期限とする優先交渉権を取得する。
