ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が第15期（平成26年12月期）中間決算を発表した。上半期はドーミーインなんばを売却。変動賃料を採用するホテル5棟の収益が予想を上回り、予想に対し20％増益となった。また、投資口の追加発行及び売出しを発表。発行口数は170,000口。売出はスポンサーグループが保有する投資口170,000口。またオーバーアロットメントによる売出し17,000口を予定。これにより発行後の投資口数は6.5％増の2,791,281口となる。調達額は約90億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件2棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、札幌及び沖縄のホテル計2棟、取得額は計90億円。これに伴い第15期通期業績予想は、これら2棟の他、7月に取得した札幌のホテルの賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比8.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するが、内部留保より251百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,058円と前回予想を6.1％上回る見通し。
