ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が第14期（平成25年12月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、4月に投資口の追加発行を行い、ヒルトン東京ベイ（取得価格260億円）、イビススタイルズ京都ステーション（取得価格66億円）を取得する一方、ホテルビスタ橋本（売却価格3.8億円）、パールホテル茅場町（売却価格23億円）を売却。ヒルトン東京ベイの賃貸収入、変動賃料のホテルの収益増加等が寄与する一方、物件売却損及び減損損失計上により、当期純利益は3,233百万円、内部留保より1,848百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,939円となった。第15期（平成26年12月期）は、ドーミーインなんばを売却。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、前期の売却損がなくなること等により、前期比57%増益、内部留保より13百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,940円となる見通し。
