ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が保有物件を売却する。売却する物件は、大阪市浪速区にあるドーミーインなんば。売却額は7億円。売却は第15期（平成26年12月期）だが、第14期（平成25年12月期）に523百万円の減損損失を計上する。これに伴い第14期業績予想を修正。賃貸収益が増加する一方、10月に売却済のパールホテル茅場町の売却損及び上記減損損失計上により前回予想比28%減益となるも、内部留保を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,896円と5.2%増加する見通し。
