ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が第14期（平成25年12月期）中間期（1月～6月）決算を発表した。4月に投資口の追加発行を行い、ヒルトン東京ベイを取得する一方、6月にホテルビスタ橋本を売却。これにより1口当たり中間利益は615円となった。併せて4月2日修正した通期業績予想を再修正。ホテルビスタ橋本の売却損223百万円を計上するも、変動賃料を採用するホテルの売上増加及び借入コストの減少等により、前回予想比3%増益、負ののれんによる剰余金より368百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,803円と前回予想を8%上回る見通し。
