ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人(JHR)が第14期(平成25年12月期)業績予想を発表した。第14期より運用期間が通常の12ヶ月間となる。JHRは第13期中に2棟取得、2棟売却を実施し、ポートフォリオはホテル28棟、計1,308億円。当期利益は3,515百万円を見込む。固定資産除却損計上額を剰余金より取り崩し、分配金総額3,525百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,670円となる見通し。
