ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人(JHR)が保有物件を売却する。売却する物件は、札幌市中央区南二条西にあるホテルリソル札幌 南二条。売却額は420百万円。これに伴い売却損411百万円が発生するが、合併による負ののれんを活用することから、分配金への影響はない見込み。またJHRは、収益性が低い物件については今後も負ののれんを活用してポートフォリオを改善していく予定。
