ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（旧日本ホテルファンド投資法人）が第12期（平成24年3月期）決算を発表した。第12期における物件取得はなし。前期比0.8%増収となるも、新宿NHビルのホテル運用会社変更に伴う費用等により4%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,166円となった。第13期は、ジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人と合併し、ホテル9棟を受入れる。年1回の決算となるが、第13期のみ運用期間は平成24年4月～12月の9ヶ月間。合併による負ののれん186億円を見込み、当期利益21,041百万円。負ののれんより固定資産除却損として53百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額2,494百万円。投資口12分割により、1口当たり分配金は1,341円となる見通し。今後は負ののれんを活用し、物件の入替えを図る構え。
