ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人（旧・日本ホテルファンド投資法人）が第13期（平成24年12月期）業績予想を発表した。第13期は、4月1日にジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人と合併し、投資口1口を12口に分割、運用期間を12ヶ月へ変更（但し、第13期の運用期間は平成24年4月から12月までの9ヶ月間）。合併により受入れた9棟を加え、ポートフォリオはホテル28棟となる。合併に伴う負ののれんを18,600百万円と見込み、当期利益21,041百万円、負ののれんより固定資産除却損として53百万円を活用し、分配金総額2,494百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,341円となる見通し。
