日本ホテルファンド投資法人とジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人が合併へ

日本ホテルファンド投資法人(NHF）とジャパン・ホテル・アンド・リゾート投資法人（JHR）が2012年4月1日に合併することを発表。NHFが存続投資法人、JHRが消滅投資法人。合併比率はNHF：JHR＝12:11。NHFは投資口を12分割し、JHRの投資口1口に対し、NHFの分割後投資口11口を割り当てる。一方、JHRは2012年3月28日に上場廃止となる。合併後の投資法人名は、ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人、決算期は12月（年1回）。資産規模はホテル計28棟、単純合計で1,284億円となる。併せて、JHRのスポンサーであるゴールドマン・サックス・グループは、資産運用会社及びホテル運営会社の全株式を、NHFのスポンサーであるRECAPグループへ売却し、これに伴い両資産運用会社も合併する。
