日本ホテルファンド投資法人が第11期業績予想を修正

日本ホテルファンド投資法人(NHF)が第11期(平成23年9月期)業績予想を修正した。保有する新宿NHビル(スターホテル東京)のテナントの賃料未払いに伴う賃貸借契約の法定解除により、8~9月分賃料が発生しないことを想定し、従来予想比6.2%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,800円となる見通し。なお、現テナントの運営はNHFのスポンサーグループの下で10月末迄に終了する予定であり、未払賃料は10月末迄に分割支払とする合意をした。代替テナントの誘致については、既に複数のホテル運営会社と協議を進めている。
