日本ホテルファンド投資法人が第9期(平成22年9月期)決算を発表した。第9期は物件の取得はなし。7月に主要スポンサーが外資系ファンドに交代した。賃料減額等により前期比0.6%減収となるも、支払利息及び融資手数料の減少により7%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,133円となった。第10期(平成23年3月期)は、0.4%増収を見込むも、短期借入金のリファイナンスに伴う融資手数料の増加等により16%減益、1口当たり分配金は7,600円となる見通し。
