日本ホテルファンド投資法人（NHF）の主要スポンサーが外資系ファンドに交代する。NHFの資産運用会社の株主7社うち5社が、マレーシア法人であるロックライズ社（RSB）へ株式を売却。RSBは発行済株式の70%を取得し、NHFの主要スポンサーとなる。RSBは、シンガポールの不動産会社であるシティデベロップメントリミテッド及び独立系運用会社であるフランクリンテンプルトンが主体となって設立したアジアの不動産を投資対象とする投資ファンドの100%子会社。NHFに対し、資金調達や物件情報提供、ホテル運営の助言、役員派遣を行う意見表明書を提出。27日株式異動後、具体的なサポートを協議の予定。なお、従来の株主とNHFとのサポート契約は当面は存続するが、今後見直ししていく予定。
