日本ホテルファンド投資法人が第8期(平成22年3月期)決算を発表した。第8期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収入が減少するも融資手数料の削減が寄与し、前期比23%増益、1口当たり分配金は8,542円となった。第9期(平成22年9月期)は、さらに融資手数料の削減を見込み6.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は9,100円となる見通し。
