日本ホテルファンド投資法人が第7期(平成21年9月期)決算を発表した。第7期は物件の取得はなし。0.8%増収となる一方、融資関連費用279百万円計上により前期比44%減益、1口当たり実績分配金は6,906円となった。第8期(平成22年3月期)は、2.4%減収となるも、前期の融資関連費用が減少することにより3%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,110円となる見通し。
