日本ホテルファンド投資法人が第6期（平成21年3月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、新規物件の取得はなし。賃貸事業収入が前期を僅かに下回るも、融資関連費用の減少等により前期比1%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,420円となった。第7期（平成21年9月期）は、1%増収を見込む一方、5月29日返済期日の借入金176億円のリファイナンスに伴い、支払利息20百万円増及び融資関連費用238百万円増により、前期比53%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,750円となる見通し。
