日本ホテルファンド投資法人が物件取得を中止

日本ホテルファンド投資法人（NHF）が、広島県呉市のホテルの取得中止を発表した。NHFは、当該物件の取得を08年2月に契約。建物竣工に併せ09年5月に引渡予定であったが、金融機関から取得資金の調達が出来なかったため、取得を中止した。但し、資金調達を売買契約の停止条件としていたため、違約金の支払いはなし。
