日本ホテルファンド投資法人が第5期（平成20年9月期）決算を発表した。第5期は物件の取得はないが、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比3.6%増収となる一方、ファイナンス関連費用の増加により7.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,282円となった。第6期（平成21年3月期）は、このまま推移すると支払利息の増加等により1%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,143円となる見通し。
