日本ホテルファンド投資法人が第4期（平成20年3月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、ビジネスホテル1棟を取得し、前期比7%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,275円となった。第5期（平成20年9月期）は、第4期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期比3.2%増収を見込む一方、平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上等により、前期比9.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,007円となる見通し。
