日本ホテルファンド投資法人（NHF）が広島県呉市のビジネスホテルを取得することを発表。物件は、JR呉線呉駅より徒歩3分に、平成21年4月竣工予定のビジネスホテル。NHFは竣工後の平成21年5月に取得する。NHFの開発型案件は初。ホテルを運営する(株)グリーンズと20年間の定期借家契約（固定賃料）を契約する。
