日本ホテルファンド投資法人が第2期（平成19年3月期）決算を発表した。第2期の実質的な運用期間は、上場した平成18年6月14日からの291日間。上場時にビジネスホテル13棟を取得して運用開始、3月にさらに1棟を取得した。平成18年11月に発表した中間決算時の予想値に対し4%増益、1口当たり分配金は21,641円となった。第3期（平成19年9月期）は、6ヶ月の運用期間となる。純利益509百万円、1口当たり分配金は12,079円となる見通し。
