いちご不動産投資法人が第10期（平成23年4月期）決算を発表した。第10期はオフィスビル1棟を売却。日本GEからの借入金356百万円を信託内借入スキームによるリファイナンスを実施したことで、長期借入金比率が前期末9%から当期末95%へ上昇。賃貸事業費用や融資関連費用が減少するも、賃貸収入が減少したことにより前期比6%減益、1口当たり分配金は1,847円となった。第11期（平成23年10月期）は、営業利益ベースでは2.7%減益となるが、融資関連費用の減少等により38%増益、1口当たり分配金は2,500円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成24年4月期）1口当たり分配金は3,000円となる見通し。
