ジャパン・オフィス投資法人が第9期（平成22年10月期）決算を発表した。第9期はオフィスビル1棟を売却。物件売却益14百万円が発生するも、賃貸収入の減少及び支払利息や融資手数料の増加等により前期比29%減益、1口当たり分配金は1,964円となった。第10期（平成23年4月期）は、オフィスビル1棟を売却。物件売却益12百万円が発生する一方、賃貸収入の減少及び修繕費の増加等により22%減益、1口当たり分配金は1,500円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成23年10月期）は、借換に伴う融資関連費用や減価償却費が減少するため、営業収益が微増ながら1口当たり分配金が3,000円となる見通し。なお、11月末及び平成23年4月末を返済期限とする日本GEからの借入金356億円は、長期のリファイナンスにより、借入先及び返済期限の分散化を実施済。
