ジャパン・オフィス投資法人が第10期（平成23年4月期）業績予想を修正した。従来予想に対し、賃貸収入の減少、リファイナンスに伴う融資手数料の発生等により34%減益、1口当たり分配金は1,500円となる見通し。併せて第11期（平成23年10月期）業績予想を発表。賃貸収益の増加及び融資手数料の減少等により、前期予想比100%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,000円となる見通し。
