ジャパン・オフィス投資法人（JOI）が、スポンサーであるいちごアセットグループ2社を割当先とする第三者割当増資を行う。JOIは1月末返済期限の借入金204億円のリファイナンスが喫緊の課題であり、今回の増資による調達資金35億円によりLTVを引き下げリファイナンスを実行すること及び借入コストを減少することを目的とする。これにより第8期（平成22年4月期）及び第9期（平成22年10月期）業績予想を修正。第8期は借入コストの減少により20%増益を見込むが、投資口数の増加により1口当たり分配金は2,400円と従来予想に変動はなし。第9期1口当たり分配金は2,200円となる見通し。
