ジャパン・オフィス投資法人が第6期（平成21年4月期）決算を発表した。第6期は6棟売却を行った。賃貸収益の減少及び物件売却損782百万円の計上により前期比56%減益、また第三者割当増資に伴う投資口数23%増加により1口当たり分配金は3,611円と前期を64%下回った。第7期（平成21年10月期）は売却した物件分の賃貸収入減により11%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,100円となる見通し。続く第8期（平成22年4月期）1口当たり分配金も3,100円となる見通し。
