ジャパン・オフィス投資法人（JOI）が第三者割当増資を行う。割当先は、JOIのスポンサーであるいちごアセットグループ。発行口数は31,104口。1口当たり発行価額は64,300円。これにより調達した約20億円と、既に発表している5棟売却による資金を併せ、3月末返済期限の借入金105億円の一部返済に充当し、LTVを低下させる。これに伴い第6期（平成21年4月期）業績予想を修正。投資口数23%増加に伴い、1口当たり分配金は4,200円と従来予想を19%下回る見通し。
